Sweet Nursery Chic: Sew 50 Adorable Projects in 10 Charming Themes

Sweet Nursery Chic is a great book by Susan Cousineau that you can easily buy at Amazon for a very reasonable price. I personally recommend this patchwork and quilting book because is simply gorgeous.  The 10 projects in the book are easy to do and really beautiful. In each theme, the author has 5 variations of the pictures of nursery themes. Very pretty indeed. As a sewer, I think you can achieve maximum result with a minimum effort. I love it that at the end of the book you find real size patterns, so is easy to do. You don’t have to enlarge by 200% the picture and then print it somewhere else, is all there in the book. The author Susan Cousineau uses different types of fabrics and materials, like chenille and wool felt. The result is amazing, with the different textures for babies and small children to feel in their bedrooms. You can choose from a cot quilt, a small pillow, a wall hanging or use your imagination to do any quit or patchwork item you fancy with her lovely designs. As I said before, I think is really good value and worth having even if you are really experience sewer.
